Hi! This is RRDad! I’m just a guy that loves to cook outdoors – grilling, smoking, BBQing, boiling (e.g., shrimp or brats), or any other means to put heat to meat in the great outdoors. I’m not just a carnivore, so I intend to also post articles about cooking veggies, fruits, breads, and legumes as well. I like trying new things, and, gratefully, have a family that loves to try new things. My intent with this blog is to share ideas, share links to other outdoor chefs, as well as reference resources – I have no intent to replicate content here, and want to make sure the original publisher gets the proper creds.
